Choose a plan, track your monthly product-sheet quota, and find your invoices.
Manage your plan
Unload uses monthly subscription plans. Pick the plan that matches how many product sheets you publish each month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Open the Billing page
Click "Settings" in the sidebar, then select "Billing". You will see your current plan and how much of your monthly product-sheet quota you have used this cycle.
Choose or change your plan
Pick the plan that fits your volume: Starter (100 sheets), Pro (300), or Business (1,200). For larger or custom volumes, contact us about Enterprise. Every paid plan starts with a 15-day free trial.
Confirm
Billing is handled by your platform. On Shopify the subscription is charged by Shopify; on PrestaShop it goes through PrestaShop Billing. Plan changes mid-cycle are prorated by your platform.
Quota available immediately
Your new monthly quota applies as soon as the change is confirmed. Creating and enriching product sheets stays unlimited; only transfers to your store count against the quota.
Not sure which plan? Count how many products you publish to your store in a typical month. Importing and enriching do not count, only transfers do.
Where are my invoices?
Unload subscriptions are billed by your platform, not inside Unload.
On Shopify:
- Open your Shopify admin
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Under App charges, you will find all your Unload subscription invoices
On PrestaShop: invoices are managed through PrestaShop Billing.
These are app subscription charges, not product invoices. To see your plan and usage within Unload, go to Settings > Billing.
